Application Method:

The moisture content of board: less than 14%
Application environment: It should be constructed at temperature greater than 8ºC and humidity less than 80%.
Please ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean, dust free, oil-free and polished before construction.
Application by brush and spray
Dilution ratio: diluted with 0-20% of clean water
The curing period of the paint film is 7 days. If the temperature is too low the period should be lengthened correspondingly.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tips for using water based paint
Step 1 :Sanding of solid wood/veneer(Note: Wipe the dust generated during sanding with a cotton cloth.)
Step 2:Apply 1st coat of Water-base Sealer primer 
Step 3:Sanding of Water-base Sealer Primer .
Step 4:Apply a coat of the waterbased putty.
Step 5:Sanding of waterbased putty.
Step 6 :Apply 1st coat of Water-base Non-Toxic Primer (Covergae:5-8 m² /kg)
Step 7:Sanding of Water-base Non-Toxic Primer 
Step 8:Apply 2nd coat of Water-base Clear primer
Step 9: Sanding of Water-base Non-Toxic Primer
Step 10: Apply 1st coat of  Water Base Topcoat Paint.(Note: Air dry for 2-3 hrs at ambient temperature.)
Step 11:Sanding of Water Base Topcoat Paint Sanding Paper
Step 12: Apply 2st coat of  Water Base Topcoat Paint.(Note: Air dry for 2-3 hrs at ambient temperature.)
